Armani's first venture in Saudi Arabia. The project is part of Diriyah
Company's residential strategy, which is focused on creating a range of housing
amenities for over 100,000 future residents. Armani
Residences Diriyah, located in its iconic ‘City of the Earth’ on the outskirts
of Riyadh, feature 15 exclusive units with interiors designed by Giorgio
Armani, who has given his own contemporary twist to Najdi architecture to celebrate
Diriyah's its age-old heritage.
The
residences will stand next to the future Armani Hotel Diriyah, construction of
which began in November 2024. The hotel will offer 70 luxury rooms, two fine-dining
restaurants and a premium spa, with suites featuring their own private spa and
swimming pool.
The
residences will be divided into three distinct design concepts - The Palm
Residences, The Botanical Residences and The Royal Penthouses - ranging in size
from 1,200 to 1,900 square metres. Each residence will feature three suites
with private bathrooms, stylish living and dining areas, family spaces, a
library and a private pool.
The individual residences will be connected by a spectacular ‘Tower of Light’ staircase and will feature a lobby, private lift and direct access from a private underground car park.
