PININFARINA PALAZZO TISSOLI DESIGN

Pininfarina, an internationally renowned design company showcasing Italian design and manufacturing, has designed Palazzo Tissoli on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE, a project worth 1.2 billion AED (around 280 million euros) that brings together Italy’s design legacy and Gulf Arab lifestyle.

Developed over 13 floors, the building draws inspiration from a unique landscape where desert dunes meet coastal mangrove swamps against a stunning backdrop of mountains. Designed to be a multifunctional destination, Palazzo Tissoli integrates green communal spaces, exclusive residences and commercial areas to form one seamless ecosystem.

A spa, yoga studio, children's play area and lagoon pools are set around a landscaped central courtyard on the lower levels. A running track surrounds the perimeter of the building, where vegetation thrives and a small waterfall turns into a natural focal point. The upper floors host different types of properties, studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, including corner duplex units with panoramic sea views.

Four elevated micro-gardens extending through the building embellish all the façades, bringing greenery and natural light onto every floor and ensuring residents have easy access to a green space. The podium and ground floors encourage social interaction through co-working areas, retail zones and landscaped gardens.

At
the top of the tower, an infinity pool on the roof and sky bar and private
gardens complete with a jacuzzi overlook the Persian Gulf, creating a tranquil
retreat suspended between the sea and sky.
