ENRICO FERRARI ARDICINI,
TENUTA COLLE ALBERTI, CERRETO
GUIDI, ITALY

Designed by Enrico Ferrari Ardicini, an eclectic
architect whose work lies at the crossroads between architecture, photography
and film, Tenuta Colle Alberti, nestled in the gently rolling Tuscan hills, is an
elegant renovation and expansion project on an old rural home.

The project combines historical authenticity,
contemporary comfort and a focus on materials, restoring value to a place
deeply connected to its surroundings and upgrading it to cater for modern-day
hospitality. The warm and natural interior design is enhanced by the selection
of materials that respect and embrace the heart and soul of this old homestead.

Florim’s Sensi collection is carefully selected to fit in with the spirit of the place
Florim's choice of materials embraces a design vision that brings together aesthetics, functionality and respect for the environment – a combination that fully perfectly mirrors Tenuta Colle Alberti’s underlying nature.

The Ivory Sand range of the Sensi collection, designed in partnership with Matteo Thun, was chosen for the common spaces, bar area and elegant bathrooms in all the rooms. The stone-look, tactile and luminous surfaces blend gracefully into the surroundings, providing visual continuity and a sense of elegant simplicity. The stoneware tiling ensures high standards of durability, hygiene and ease of maintenance – indispensable qualities in the realm of hospitality.
