Running Arcs (For John Cage), la sculpture monumentale de Richard Serra (1938–2024), créée en 1992, fait ses débuts aux États-Unis chez Gagosian New York. Présentée pour la dernière fois il y a plus de trente ans, elle sera visible à Chelsea, au 522 West 21st Street, jusqu'au 20 décembre 2025.

Running Arcs (For John Cage), a monumental sculpture designed by Richard Serra (1938–2024) in 1992, is being shown for the first time in the United States at Gagosian New York. Last exhibited over thirty years ago, it will be on display at 522 West 21st Street in Chelsea  until 20th December, 2025.

Running Arcs (For John Cage), la monumentale scultura di Richard Serra (1938–2024).  realizzata nel 1992 debutta negli Stati Uniti da Gagosian New York. Esposta l'ultima volta più di trent'anni fa, sarà in mostra a Chelsea al 522 di West 21st Street, fino al 20 dicembre 2025.

 


Running Arcs (For John Cage) est composée de trois segments coniques en acier identiques, inversés les uns par rapport aux autres, disposés en disposition échelonnée. Chaque panneau mesure environ 16 mètres de long, 4 mètres de haut et 5 centimètres d'épaisseur.

Running Arcs (For John Cage) is composed of three identical conical segments of steel inverted in relation to each other, installed in a staggered arrangement. Each panel is about 16 metres long, 4 metres high, and 5 centimetres thick.

Running Arcs (For John Cage) è composta da tre segmenti conici identici in acciaio, invertiti l'uno rispetto all'altro, installati in una disposizione sfalsata. Ogni pannello è lungo circa 16 metri, alto 4 metri e spesso 5 centimetri.
