Cette exposition explore la mémoire photographique de la collaboration entre Lucien Hervé  (1910–2007) et Le Corbusier, qui débute en 1949, après qu’Hervé a pris, en une journée, quelques 650 clichés de la construction de la Cité Radieuse à Marseille.

This exhibition explores the photographic memory of the collaboration between Lucien Hervé (1910–2007) and Le Corbusier, which began in 1949, after Hervé took some 650 photographs of the construction of the Cité Radieuse in Marseille in the space of a day.

La mostra esplora la memoria fotografica della collaborazione tra Lucien Hervé (1910–2007) e Le Corbusier, iniziata nel 1949, dopo che Hervé scattò circa 650 fotografie in un giorno della costruzione della Cité Radieuse a Marsiglia.

Le Corbusier lui écrira : « Vous avez une âme d’architecte, et vous savez voir l’architecture ». Entre photos de l’Abbaye du Thoronet et œuvres architecturales de Le Corbusier ces clichés documentent et restituent l’âme d’un architecte.

Le Corbusier wrote to her: “You have the soul of an architect, and you know how to see architecture.” Between photos of Thoronet Abbey and architectural works by Le Corbusier, these shots document and restore the soul of an architect.

Le Corbusier gli scrisse: “Lei ha l'anima di un architetto e sa vedere l'architettura”. Tra le foto dell'Abbaye du Thoronet e le opere architettoniche di Le Corbusier, queste fotografie documentano e catturano l'anima di un architetto.
