Le bâtiment Sidera à Forlì, nouveau siège de la CIA Conad - la plus grande organisation d'entrepreneurs indépendants du commerce de détail en Italie - est un symbole de durabilité et d'innovation. Son design flexible se distingue dans le paysage industriel grâce à la combinaison de l'aluminium, du béton et du verre qui reflète la lumière de manière dynamique.

The Sidera building in Forlì, a new CIA Conad headquarters - the largest organization of independent retail entrepreneurs in Italy - is a symbol of sustainability and innovation. The building's exterior, a blend of aluminium, concrete, and glass, reflects the changing light, creating a dynamic visual effect.

L'edificio Sidera a Forlì, nuovo headquarter di CIA Conad - la più ampia organizzazione di imprenditori indipendenti del commercio al dettaglio presente in Italia - è simbolo di sostenibilità e innovazione. Il suo design flessibile e consapevole si distingue nel paesaggio industriale grazie alla combinazione di alluminio, cemento e vetro che riflette la luce in modo dinamico.

Sidera se développe horizontalement sur une longueur de 100 mètres et une hauteur de 33, à partir d'un socle de terrain d'environ 3 mètres de hauteur. Seuls trois matériaux caractérisent la surface extérieure : l'aluminium (six kilomètres d'ailettes verticales), le béton pigmenté noir et le verre (environ 5 000 mètres carrés de surface vitrée en façade). Le concept d'enveloppe ne concerne pas seulement les surfaces périmétriques mais inclut la toiture, perçue comme une sorte de cinquième façade.

The complex extends horizontally for a length of 100 metres and has a height of 33 metres, starting from a soil plinth that is approximately 3 metres high. The external surface features only three materials: aluminium (six kilometres of vertical fins), black pigmented concrete and glass (about 5000 square metres of glazing on the façade). The concept of the envelope of the building does not refer only to the exterior façades, but also includes the roof, which was immediately interpreted as a kind of fifth elevation.

Il Sidera, sviluppa orizzontalmente per una lunghezza di  100 metri e un’altezza di 33 partendo da un basamento di terreno alto circa 3 metri. Solo tre sono i materiali che connotano la superficie esterna: alluminio (sei chilometri di pinne verticali), cemento pigmentato nero e vetro (circa 5000 metri quadrati di superficie vetrata in facciata). Il concetto di involucro non riguarda solo le superfici perimetrali ma include la copertura, da subito intesa come una sorta di quinto prospetto.

La peau de verre de Sidera contrôle le flux de lumière naturelle qui inonde chaque espace de travail ; les corps lumineux suivent le rythme circadien de 24 heures ; les technologies de contrôle de la ventilation et l'absence totale de fenêtres ouvrantes rendent l'air intérieur propre et sain malgré le fait que le bâtiment se trouve dans l'une des zones les plus polluées d'Europe ; depuis n'importe quel espace intérieur et depuis n'importe quel niveau, il est possible de surplomber la verdure extérieure.

The glass skin covering the Sidera building controls the inflow of natural light that floods every workspace; the light fixtures follow the 24-hour circadian rhythm; the technology employed for ventilation control and the total absence of operable windows ensure the indoor air is clean and healthy despite being in one of the most polluted areas in Europe; from every interior space and from any level it is possible to look out on the view of greenery outside.

La pelle di vetro del Sidera controlla il flusso di ingresso dell’illuminazione naturale che inonda ogni spazio lavorativo; i corpi luminosi seguono il ritmo circadiano delle 24 ore; le tecnologie per il controllo della ventilazione e la totale assenza di finestre apribili rendono l’aria interna pulita e salubre nonostante ci si trovi in una delle aree più inquinate d’Europa; da ogni spazio interno e da qualunque livello è possibile affacciare la vista sul verde esterno.

L'aménagement intérieur garantit une flexibilité maximale dans la configuration des bureaux et structure chacun des six départements dans lesquels l'entreprise est divisée sur un seul niveau. Les préceptes de la Neuro architecture ont guidé la plupart des choix du projet, visant à trouver l'espace de travail idéal : ainsi les facteurs externes tels que la lumière, l'air, les sons, les vues, entrent dans le bâtiment sous forme d'éléments architecturaux calibrés et contrôlés et non comme événements nécessaires.

The interior design guarantees maximum flexibility in the configuration of the offices and structures each of the six departments into which the company is divided on a single level. The precepts of neuro-architecture have guided most of the design choices, which focused on finding the ideal working space. Thus, external factors, such as light, air, sounds and visuals, enter the building in the form of calibrated and controlled architectural components and not merely as necessary occurrences.

Il progetto degli interni garantisce la massima flessibilità nella configurazione degli uffici e struttura ognuno dei sei dipartimenti in cui si articola l’azienda su un solo livello. I precetti della Neuro architettura hanno guidato gran parte delle scelte progettuali, tese alla ricerca dello spazio lavorativo ideale: così fattori esterni come luce, aria, suoni, visuali, entrano nell’edificio sotto forma di componenti architettoniche calibrate e controllate e non come accadimenti necessari.

Per la realizzazione di rivestimenti e arredi su misura dal design ultra contemporaneo, lo studio di architettura ha scelto il Solid Surface HIMACS, che assicura straordinarie prestazioni e un’estetica sempre impeccabile. HIMACS ha contribuito a questo ambizioso progetto portando all’interno di uffici, sale assemblee, zone bagno e cucina, soluzioni di arredo dalle forme inedite e rivestimenti customizzati dagli elevati standard d’igiene ed estremamente resistenti a un uso quotidiano intenso.

Entre échelles et coupes diagonales, les grands escaliers intérieurs se présentent comme le véritable thème de rupture de l'ensemble du système, à partir d'être le seul environnement depuis lequel on peut profiter de Sidera dans toute sa hauteur. Les grandes galeries accueillent des sièges confortables, présentes ici comme dans tous les circuits de distribution, de petites places/points de rencontre qui invitent les gens à s'arrêter et à interagir les uns avec les autres, contribuant ainsi à créer un sentiment de communauté au sein du bureau.

Between shard-like shapes and diagonal slashes, the large internal staircases act as a element of disruption for the entire layout, starting from the fact that is it the only space from which the full internal height of the Sidera building can be enjoyed in all its glory. Large landings are home to comfortable seating, which is present here as in all the circulation paths, creating small squares/meeting points that invite people to stop and interact with each other, thereby fostering a sense of community within the office.

Tra scaglie e tagli diagonali le grandi scale interne si propongono come il vero tema di rottura dell’intero impianto, a partire dall’essere l’unico ambiente da cui il Sidera può essere goduto in tutta la sua altezza. Grandi ballatoi ospitano comode sedute, presenti qui come in tutti i percorsi distributivi, piccole piazze/punti di incontro che invitano le persone a fermarsi e a interagire tra loro, contribuendo a creare un senso di comunità all'interno dell'ufficio.
