Le 33ème MIPIM à Cannes du 12 au 15 mars (préouverture le 11), le plus grand salon mondial des professionnels de l’immobilier et de la ville prévoit de réunir un nombre constant de participants par rapport à 2023 (année record post-covid avec plus de 22.500 participants de 90 pays) malgré les difficultés du marché de l’immobilier.
Il 33° MIPIM di Cannes dal 12 al 15 marzo (pre-apertura l'11), la più grande fiera al mondo per i professionisti del real estate e delle città, prevede di riunire un numero di partecipanti costante rispetto al 2023 (anno record post-covid con oltre 22.500 partecipanti da 90 Paesi) nonostante le difficoltà del mercato immobiliare.
The 33rd MIPIM in Cannes from 12 to 15 March (pre-opening on the 11th), the largest fair in the world for real estate and city professionals, expects to bring together a constant number of participants compared to 2023 (year post-covid record with over 22,500 participants from 90 countries) despite the difficulties of the real estate market.
Quatre grands temps forts marqueront cette édition résolument tournée vers la recherche de solutions pour faire face aux difficultés du secteur et pour engager tous les acteurs vers plus de durabilité et d’impact sociétal : le sommet de préouverture dédié à l’habitat et au logement, la keynote d’ouverture de l’ancienne Première ministre finlandaise Sanna Marin, le Forum des Élus réunissant les principaux élus français et la cérémonie des MIPIM Awards récompensant les projets les plus exemplaires du monde dans 10 catégories.

Four salient points will mark this edition resolutely focused on the search for solutions to address the difficulties of the sector and to involve all actors towards greater sustainability and social impact: a pre-opening summit dedicated to housing, the opening remarks by former Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, a Forum of the elected representatives which brings together the main French elected representatives and The MIPIM Awards ceremony recognizing the world's most exemplary projects in 10 categories.
