La tour ToHA se trouve se trouve à Tel-Aviv, près de l’échangeur très fréquenté d’Hashalom en bordure de l’autoroute Ayalon. Cette première étape du projet concerne la réalisation d’un immeuble de bureaux spectaculaire, d’une structure complexe, haut de 28 étages donnant sur un parc urbain récemment aménagé, planté d’arbres et avec de nombreux plans d’eau.
The ToHa Tower is located near the busy Hashalom interchange off the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv. This first phase of the project is a spectacular and structurally complex office building that rises 28 stories above a newly landscaped urban park filled with trees and water features.

Questa prima fase del progetto è un edificio per uffici spettacolare e strutturalmente complesso che si innalza di 28 piani sopra un parco urbano di nuova concezione ricco di alberi e giochi d’acqua.
Le bâtiment offre une surface utile de 53 000 m2 et on y accède depuis la façade inclinée de trente mètres de haut, par un grand atrium de sept étages planté d’arbres à l’intérieur.
The 53,000 m2 building is entered via a unique 30m-tall leaning cable net facade, leading to a seven-storey-high foyer complete with internally planted trees.

À l’intérieur de l’immeuble, les espaces de travail ont été conçus pour maximiser la flexibilité, la lumière naturelle et le confort. La superficie des étages va de 1 860 m2 à 3 100 m2, et les espaces peuvent être aménagés comme de grands open spaces ou divisés pour un maximum de sept occupants par étage.
Inside the building, the work spaces have been designed for flexibility, natural light and comfort. The floors range in area from 1,860 m² to 3,100 m², and can be arranged as large open plans, or sub-divided for up to seven tenants per floor.
