Le projet realisé par l’agence portugaise Summary utilise exclusivement des systèmes de construction préfabriqués et modulaires Farcimar privilegiant la rapidité de construction, la flexibilité et l'optimisation des ressources comme thèmes centraux. Le rez-de-chaussée est occupé par des espaces de services multifonctionnels, en contact direct avec l'espace public; l'étage supérieur est divisé en unités d’habitation (six petites maisons de 45 m2).
Summary studio unveils the newest project using their prefab and modular building systems, placing them in different levels and taking advantage of the natural ground’s slope. The ground floor is shaped by prefabricated slabs and structural panels in the external perimeter. This area was conceived in a very flexible way: it’s possible to add or remove compartments or let the whole floor functioning as a big open space. The first floor is all composed of Gomos System units.
Il progetto realizzato dallo studio portoghese Summary utilizza esclusivamente sistemi costruttivi prefabbricati e modulari, assumendo come temi centrali la velocità di costruzione, la flessibilità e l'ottimizzazione delle risorse. Il piano terra è occupato da aree di servizio multifunzionali, a diretto contatto con lo spazio pubblico; il piano superiore è utilizzato per le unità abitative (sei piccole case di 45 mq).

Profitant de la pente naturelle du terrain, le architectes ont crée pour chaque étage un accès indépendant, positionné à différents niveaux. Le rez-de-chaussée est délimité par des panneaux structurels. Cet espace a été conçu pour permettre la modification du nombre et de la disposition des cloisons, ou simplement leur élimination, créant un grand espace ouvert.
Considering that the maximum building area permitted by law was quite small, the requested empty space was used to separate the housing units.
Per ognuno di questi programmi è presente un accesso indipendente, posizionato a diversi livelli, sfruttando la naturale pendenza del terreno. Il piano terra è delimitato e sostenuto da pannelli strutturali. Questo spazio è stato concepito per consentire la trasformazione del numero e della disposizione delle pareti divisorie, o semplicemente la loro eliminazione, creando un grande open-space. Il piano superiore è interamente composto da moduli del Sistema Gomos.

L'étage supérieur est entièrement composé de modules du système Gomos. Conçue et inscrite comme logement collectif, cette partie du projet intègre les principaux avantages du logement individuel: des entrées clairement individualisées et une séparation acoustique complète entre les différentes unités.
Designed and licensed as a collective housing building, with this feature this project offers the main advantages of single houses: clearly individualized entrances and a complete acoustic separation between the different units. I

Le béton armé, prédominant dans la structure et la composition du bâtiment, est laissé brut à l’intérieur comme à l’exterieur de l’édificie.
In the whole building, the structural material - precast concrete - is directly exposed, without any additional finishing.
Il cemento armato, predominante nella struttura e composizione del fabbricato, è lasciato a vista sia esternamente sia all’interno dell’edificio, senza pitture o rivestimenti.
