Présenté au concours international "Skyhive 2020 SKYSCRAPER CHALLENGE" Le projet “Skylines” est un véritable écosystème qui intègre l'architecture et la nature. La matrice du projet est un élément naturel tel que l'arbre dont le tronc et les branches ne sont pas seulement une inspiration esthétique, mais la structure même du bâtiment : comme un arbre, il absorbe l'eau de pluie et capte le l'énergie du soleil et du vent la transformant en électricité utilisable par tout l'organisme.

 

The Skylines Tower has been awarded an Honourable Mention in the international architecture competition "Skyhive 2020 SKYSCRAPER CHALLENGE". The project took inspiration from nature and its most inspiring element, the Tree, to develop an architecture that is not simply a building but a complete ecosystem. Like a tree. One that gathers all the energy required from the sun and the wind, that collects water from the rain and transforms the energy from its tensioned cables into electricity to be used by the inhabitants.

 

Il progetto “Skylines” pensato per il concorso internazionale "Skyhive 2020 SKYSCRAPER CHALLENGE" non è soltanto un grattacielo, ma un vero e proprio ecosistema che integra architettura e natura. La matrice del progetto è un elemento naturale come l’albero il cui fusto e i rami non sono solo un’ispirazione estetica, ma la struttura stessa da cui si sviluppa l’edificio: come un albero assorbe l'acqua della pioggia e raccoglie l'energia dal sole e dal vento trasformandola in elettricità che possa essere utilizzata dall’intero organismo.

 

 

Implanté sur un terrain de 80x130 m, le gratte-ciel prend forme à partir d'un noyau central qui abrite les fonctions principales et est entouré de grands jardins suspendus soutenus par une structure extérieure de câbles d'acier.

 

Starting from an 80x130 m urban lot, a main central core hosts the primary functions that are completely surrounded by large hanging gardens supported by an external curtain of steel cables that act as both the structure and the façade design of the tower.

 

A partire da un lotto urbano di 80x130 m, il grattacielo prende forma da un nucleo centrale che ospita le funzioni primarie ed è circondato da ampi giardini pensili sostenuti da una cortina esterna di cavi d'acciaio.

 

 

À l'intérieur du bâtiment, les fonctions sont réparties verticalement : les étages inférieurs ont été conçus pour des activités publiques et culturelles, tandis que les étages supérieurs accueillent des plates-formes dédiées à la culture de potagers, des espaces pour les activités sportives, une structure hospitalière, des espaces pour éducation, bureaux et espaces de coworking et, aux derniers étages de la tour, des résidences avec une vue magnifique.

 

Inside the building, the various functions are distributed vertically. The lower floors are dedicated to public and cultural activities, the higher floors are devoted to vegetable gardens, areas for sports, a hospital, spaces for education, offices and co-working. The top floors of the tower are reserved for residential areas and command outstanding and sublime views.

 

All’interno dell’edificio, le funzioni sono distribuite verticalmente: i piani inferiori sono stati pensati per attività pubbliche e culturali, mentre quelli superiori accolgono piattaforme dedicate alla coltivazione di orti, spazi per le attività sportive, una struttura ospedaliera, spazi per l’educazione, uffici e spazi di co-working e residenze riservate agli ultimi piani della torre con una meravigliosa vista.
