Le bâtiment se compose de deux étages d'espaces commerciaux et de quatre étages de bureaux. Il présente une grille Jali en Agra Red. Les planchers sont conçus pour être libres de colonnes et ont un système structurel hybride avec des planchers post-tendus et des planchers soutenus par des poutres en acier crénelées.
The building offers two floors of commercial space and four floors of office space to be used by the clients. The building features a Stone Jali in Red Agra. The floors are designed to be column free and feature a hybrid structure system of post-tensioned slabs along with some floors being supported by castellated steel beams.
L’edificio è composto da due piani di spazi commerciali e quattro piani di uffici. Il volume è caratterizzato da una griglia Jali in Rosso Agra. I solai sono progettati per essere liberi da colonne e presentano un sistema strutturale ibrido con solai post-tensionati e solai supportati da travi in acciaio castellate.
La façade avant du bâtiment fait saillie dans une courbe en porte-à-faux, donnant au bâtiment une apparence unique. La peau de pierre avec des perforations tridimensionnelles enveloppe le noyau et protège de la lumière du soleil. Les autres systèmes énergétiques du bâtiment comprennent la collecte de l'eau de pluie et les systèmes d'irrigation goutte à goutte utilisés pour une utilisation minimale de l'eau.
The front facade of the building projects out in cantilever curve, giving the building its signature look. The stone skin with three-dimensional perforations envelopes the core and provides shade from the harsh sunlight. Other means of energy systems in the building include the rainwater harvesting and drip irrigation systems used for minimal water usage.
La facciata anteriore dell’edificio sporge in una curva a sbalzo, conferendo all’edificio un aspetto caratteristico. La pelle di pietra con perforazioni tridimensionali avvolge il nucleo e fornisce ombra dalla luce solare. Altri sistemi energetici nell’edificio includono la raccolta dell’acqua piovana e i sistemi di irrigazione a goccia utilizzati per un utilizzo minimo di acqua.
Le design des façades et les équipements et systèmes de service à haut rendement font partie intégrante de la stratégie énergétique du bâtiment dans son objectif d'atteindre le label Green Platinum. Les intérieurs rappellent le caractère du projet architectural. Les matériaux et les finitions sont conservés bruts et naturels. La plupart des plafonds et murs sont en béton apparent, offrant une atmosphère industrielle aux espaces intérieurs.
The facade design and highly efficient services equipment and systems in the building are integral to the energy strategy of the building in its aim to achieve a green platinum rating. The interiors echo the character of the architectural design. The materials and finishes are kept raw and natural – devoid of any cosmetic layering. Most of the ceilings and walls are done in exposed concrete, offering an industrial feel to the spaces inside.
Il design della facciata e le apparecchiature e i sistemi dei servizi ad alta efficienza sono parte integrante della strategia energetica dell’edificio nel suo obiettivo di raggiungere una valutazione Green Platinum. Gli interni richiamano il carattere del progetto architettonico. I materiali e le finiture sono mantenuti grezzi e naturali, privi di qualsiasi stratificazione cosmetica. La maggior parte dei soffitti e delle pareti sono realizzati in cemento a vista, offrendo un’atmosfera industriale agli spazi interni.
