Ce nouveau pôle métropolitain de 120 000 m² sera tourné vers les nouveaux usages et les défis environnementaux. Les bâtiments seront organisés autour d’un axe central très animé et de trois places, variations autour des modèles urbains méditerranéens.
At the heart of the Sicilian capital, the new administrative centre will have an impact on the Region of Sicily, Palermo and the district. Driven by a genuinely urban approach, the project will be a true, intense element of the city: a vibrant neighbourhood for its users and inhabitants.
La cittadella amministrativa, polarità metropolitana di 120 000 m², punterà a definire nuovi modi di vivere il tempo del lavoro e lo spazio urbano, all’insegna delle nuove sfide ambientali. Gli edifici saranno organizzati intorno ad un corso centrale e a tre piazze, rivisitando il modello urbano mediterraneo.
Les activités y prennent place dans des rez-de-chaussée actifs, avec des commerces de proximité et programmes variés destinés à tous - commerces, cafés et restaurants, centre de bien-être, salle de sport, église, crèche, groupe scolaire, bibliothèque, atelier d'artiste. Les bâtiments, en structure bois et acier, sont parés de pierre provenant des différentes carrières siciliennes.
The buildings will be arranged around a lively central axis and three squares; variations based on Mediterranean urban models. Activities will take place on bustling ground floors, with local shops and diverse programmes accessible to all - shops, cafés and restaurants, a wellness centre, a sports facility, a church, a nursery, a school group, etc.
Il piano terra, aperto alla città, ospiterà una varietà di funzioni e servizi per tutti: un auditorium, negozi, caffè e ristoranti, un centro benessere, un centro fitness, una chiesa, un asilo nido, un complesso scolastico, una biblioteca ed uno spazio artistico. Gli edifici presentano una struttura in legno e acciaio, e facciate in pietra, provenienti dalle diverse cave della regione.
L’implantation des bâtiments a été spécifiquement pensée en fonction des directions des vents d’été ou d’hiver, pour apporter une fraicheur naturelle.
The Centro Direzionale Regione Sicilia is conceived as a peaceful and accessible place, with flexible working spaces and meeting places for employees of the Region with large cafe terraces and eateries to welcome all citizens.
L’impianto e l’orientamento degli edifici sono stati pensati in funzione della direzione dei venti, fornendo un raffrescamento naturale.
