L'idée du projet nait de la conformation du site où se trouvaient 4 arbres centenaires que nous voulions préserver. Nous avons donc construit le bâtiment autour de ces arbres et créé un jardin dans l'espace central. Le projet est divisé en trois niveaux répondant aux besoins du client.
The idea of ??the design starts from the base that was already there on the site of the 4 old trees, and we wanted to building our project without cut or move the trees so we built our project around the trees and in the space of between we made a backyard in front of the trees. We divided the project into three levels according to the client need. One level for family parents, one level for son's of the family and his wife, we connect these two level by the level above which is the recreational sports space.
L'idea del progetto nasce dalla conformazione del sito dove erano presenti 4 alberi secolari che volevamo conservare. Abbiamo così costruito l’edificio attorno a questi alberi e nello spazio centrale abbiamo creato un giardino. Il progetto è suddiviso in tre livelli rispondenti alle esigenze del committente Abbiamo suddiviso il progetto in tre livelli in base alle esigenze del cliente.
Un niveau pour les parents, un niveau pour le fils et sa femme et un étage relié aux deux et destiné au sport. Les fenêtres en aval peuvent être ouvertes et fermées pour qu'elles se transforment en terrasse et inversement la terrasse peut devenir une fenêtre, même les toits de la maison peuvent être mécaniquement ouverts et fermés en fonction du mouvement du soleil ou de la personne.
Project canopies can be mechanically opened and closed depending on sun move or depending on person. The windows of the valley side can be opened and closed so that windows become a terrace and terrace becomes a windows and the structure of this system is a cable structure.
Un livello per i genitori, un livello per il figlio e sua moglie e un piano superiore collegato a entrambi e destinato all’attività sportiva.Le finestre verso valle possono essere aperte e chiuse in modo che si trasformino in terrazze e viceversa il terrazzo può diventare una finestra, anche le coperture dell’abitazione possono essere regolate a seconda del movimento del sole o delle persone.
La modélisation a été développée en utilisant le logiciel 3-D MAX 2019.
The modeling of this project is done in 3-D MAX 2019 software and after completing material and exposure modeling in V-RAY 4.1 and check out rendering steps with photo shop post production operation has been applied to get perfect result and real render.
