Le siège régional de LSB, situé dans la ville de Tyr, sur la côte sud du Liban, se caractérise par un toit post-tendu et un porte-à-faux de 9 m, libérant le rez-de-chaussée de tous les éléments structurels.
The LSB regional headquarters, located in the city of Tyre on the southern coast of Lebanon, is characterized by a post-tensioned roof and 9-meter cantilever, allows for a minimum building footprint. It thus liberates the ground floor from all structural elements.
La sede regionale della LSB, situata nella città di Tiro, sulla costa meridionale del Libano, è caratterizzata da un tetto in post-tensione e la mensola a sbalzo di 9 m, liberando il piano terra da tutti gli elementi strutturali.

La façade principale incurvée plane sur la place pour créer un dialogue visuel direct entre les bureaux et l'extérieur.
The curved main façade hovers over the plaza to create a direct visual dialogue between the offices and the outdoors. The windows of the eastern and western façade frame the landscape while limiting solar gain.

Le volume en porte-à-faux, incliné en fonction de l'exposition au soleil et de la latitude optimale, est auto-ombragé. Exposé au sud, il maximise le gain solaire en hiver et garantit le confort intérieur en été. La cour permet un refroidissement passif et une ventilation transversale maximisant la lumière naturelle intérieure.
The cantilevered volume, angled based on sun exposure and optimum latitude, is self-shading. Facing south, it both maximizes solar gain in winter and limits heat gain in summer. The courtyard enables passive cooling and cross-ventilation while maximizing internal natural light.
Il volume a sbalzo, angolato in base all’esposizione al sole e alla latitudine ottimale, è auto ombreggiante. Esposto a sud, massimizza il guadagno solare in inverno e limita il guadagno di calore in estate. Il cortile consente il raffreddamento passivo e la ventilazione incrociata massimizzando la luce naturale interna.
