L'exposition - jusqu'au 19 février 2022 à la Maison de la culture du Japon à Paris (MCJP) - présente 35 agences d'architecture japonaises en mettant en lumière les architectes ayant débuté leur carrière au début des années 1990, après l’éclatement de la bulle spéculative au Japon, ainsi que de jeunes talents émergents.
The exhibition – running until 19th February 2022 at the Maison de la culture du Japon in Paris (MCJP) – presents 35 Japanese architectural firms, highlighting architects who began their careers in the early 1990s, after the bursting of the speculation bubble in Japan, alongside young emerging talents.
La mostra - fino al 19 febbraio 2022 alla Maison de la culture du Japon di Parigi (MCJP) - presenta 35 studi di architettura giapponesi mettendo in luce gli architetti che hanno iniziato la loro carriera nei primi anni '90, dopo lo scoppio della bolla speculativa in Giappone, oltre a giovani talenti emergenti.

Alors que Itsuko Hasegawa ou bien Kazuyo Sejima ont longtemps été des femmes architectes faisant figure d’exception, cette exposition reflètera l’importance croissante des femmes dans le monde de l’architecture japonaise en présentant treize d’entre elles.
In addition to Itsuko Hasegawa and Kazuyo Sejima, who have long been regarded as outstanding female architects, the exhibition also displays works by thirteen other female architectural designers to emphasise the growing importance of women in the world of Japanese architecture.
Oltre a Itsuko Hasegawa e Kazuyo Sejima che sono state a lungo considerate come donne architetto d’eccezione, la mostra riunisce altre tredici progettiste sottolineando la crescente importanza che le donne hanno assunto nel mondo dell'architettura giapponese.

Chaque architecte dévoilera son processus de création à l’aide de maquettes, de photos ou encore de vidéos, et proposera un texte bref révélant ses idées sur la forme architecturale.
Each architect will showcase their own creative process with the help of scale models, photos or videos accompanied by a short explanation of the idea underscoring their architectural design.
Ogni architetto svelerà il proprio processo creativo utilizzando modelli, foto o video accompagnati da un breve testo sulle propria idea della forma architettonica.
