Conçu par Thomas Heatherwick pour Swire Properties, EDEN est un projet exclusif d'appartements ultra-luxueux réalisé à Singapour dans le prestigieux quartier d'Orchard Road. Le bâtiment, qui offre sur une hauteur de 104,5 mètres seulement 20 appartements d'environ 300 mètres carrés chacun, allie éléments naturels, tradition et technologies durables.

 

Designed by Thomas Heatherwick for Swire Properties, EDEN is an exclusive project for ultra-luxurious apartments located in the prestigious Orchard Road neighbourhood of Singapore. Rising up to a height of 4.5 m, the building only accommodates 20 approximately 300 m² apartments that bring together nature, tradition and sustainable technology.

 

Firmato da Thomas Heatherwick per Swire Properties, EDEN è un progetto esclusivo si appartamenti ultra-lusso realizzato a Singapore nel prestigioso quartiere d'Orchard Road. L’edificio che offre, su 104,5 metri di altezza, solo 20 appartamenti di circa 300 metri quadrati ciascuno, coniuga elementi naturali, tradizione e tecnologie sostenibili.

 

 

Inspiré par la vision de "ville dans un jardin" de Lee Kuan Yew, fondateur de la cité-état de Singapour, et par l'environnement tropical caractéristique de la région, le bâtiment se détache radicalement des tours d'acier et de verre de la ville contemporaine.

 

Inspired by Lee Kuan Yew’s vision of a “city inside garden” (the founder of this modern city state) and the kind of tropical environment found in the region, the building is a far cry from the steel and glass towers of modern-day cities.

 

Ispirato dalla visione di "città dentro un giardino" di Lee Kuan Yew, fondatore della moderna città stato, e dall’ambiente tropicale caratteristico della regione, l’edificio si stacca radicalmente dalle torri in acciaio e vetro della città contemporanea.

 

 

Dans le but de reconnecter les habitants avec la nature et d'offrir une expérience de vie hors du commun, le bâtiment est traversé par une sorte de colonne vertébrale de balcons végétalisés qui offrent aux résidents un "jardin privé dans le ciel", avec des vues incroyables à 270 degrés sans obstacles et intimité totale. Swire Properties a annoncé en mars dernier la vente des 20 unités résidentielles pour un total de 293 millions de dollars.

 

Aimed at reconnecting its residents with nature and offer them an incredible living experience, the building has a sort of backbone of landscaped balconies running through it providing residents with a “private garden in the sky” offering incredible completely unblocked 270° views in the utmost privacy. Swire properties announced last March that it had sold 20 residential units for a total of $293 million.

 

 

Con l'obiettivo di riconnettere i residenti con la natura e offrire un'esperienza di vita straordinaria, l’edificio è attraversato da una sorta di colonna vertebrale di balconi vegetalizzati che offrono ai residenti un "giardino privato nel cielo", con incredibili viste a 270 gradi senza ostacoli e completa privacy. Swire Properties ha comunicato lo scorso mese di marzo la vendita delle 20 unità residenziali per un totale di 293 milioni di dollari.
