Cette librairie conçue par l’agence chinoise Wutopia Lab à Suzhou, en Chine, propose différents espaces de lecture identifiés par des environnements colorés et un design unique.
 

The new bookstore is divided into four main zones and several subdivided zones. Aiming to create a colorful new world by using symbolism, the architect gave a unique character to each zone. 
 

Questa libreria realizzata dallo studio cinese Wutopia Lab a Suzhou,  China, offre diverse zone di lettura individuate da ambienti colorati e da un design unico. 

A l’entrée, le Sanctuary of Crystal est dédié aux nouveautés, la Cave of Fireflies propose une visite guidée à la consultation, ensuite Xanadu of Rainbows est la zone la plus importante qui s’ouvre un espace éclairé par la lumière naturelle et caractérisé par une structure métallique ondulé en panneaux perforés déclinés dans presque toutes les nuances du spectre. 
 

The Sanctuary of Crystal for new arrivals; The Cave of Fireflies for recommendations; The Xanadu of Rainbows for reading room; The Castle of Innocence for children books. The Xanadu of Rainbows’ is a large and open space. Thanks to the large windows, natural lights can pour inside. Being the most prominent space, ‘The Xanadu of Rainbows’ provides a variety of experience. Taking advantages of different heights of shelves, steps, and tables, the architect creates a hyper architecturized and abstracted landscape of cliffs, valleys, islands, rapids, and oases.
 

Si passa dal Sanctuary of Crystal, dedicato ai nuovi arrivi e posto all’ingresso, alla Cave of Fireflies che offre un percorso guidato, allo Xanadu of Rainbows, lo spazio più importante che si apre un ambiente illuminato dalla luce naturale ritmato da una struttura metallica ondulata in pannelli perforati declinati in quasi tutte le tonalità dello spettro.

 

Un espace fluide et à la fois fonctionnel avec des espaces plus intimes réservés à la lecture. Enfin, The Castle of Innocence est un espace dédié aux enfants délimité de murs blancs en ETFE.
 

 There are also thin perforated aluminum sheets in gradient colors simulated as rainbows installed in the bookstore. These 1cm thin panels divides zones of different functions at the same time bringing a mysterious and vague atmosphere to the space.
 

 Uno spazio fluido e al contempo funzionale con zone più intime riservate alla lettura.  Si arriva infine al Castle of Innocence, spazio dedicato ai bambini circondato da pareti bianche di ETFE
