Nichée au cœur du Lavandou, face à la plage de Saint-Clair,  Villa Dollander, a été conçue par les frère Henri et Jean Prouvé  dans les années 1950.  Cette villa de 100 mètres carrés propose une architecture industrialisée de l’habitat, construite à partir d’éléments préfabriqués.

Set amidst the Mediterranean vegetation along the French Riviera opposite Saint-Clair beach, Villa Dollander was designed by the brothers Henri e Jean Prouvé in the 1950s. This 100 m² building features an industrialised style of housing design constructed out of prefabricated elements.

Immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea della Costa Azzurra, di fronte alla spiaggia di Saint-Clair, Villa Dollander, è stata progettata dai fratelli Henri e Jean Prouvé negli anni '50. L’edificio di 100 metri quadrati è caratterizzato da un'architettura residenziale industrializzata, costruita con elementi prefabbricati.

 

 

Au sein d’un jardin paysager de 2 460 m² front de mer elle est composée d’un séjour, une salle à manger, une cuisine et trois chambres. De grandes baies vitrées favorisent l’apport de lumière naturelle valorisant le rapport avec le paysage.
