Situé en lisière de la forêt domaniale de Meudon, le Centre Aquatique des Bertisettes constitue un pôle sportif de bien-être. Il structure et se signale naturellement comme doit l’être tout équipement au service de son territoire.
Built on the edge of the scenic Meudon national forest, the new Centre Aquatique des Bertisettes in Viroflay is now a sports and wellness centre that reflects the changes in modern society and its needs. Respectful of the site from which the commission was received, the architectural response is simple and linear.
Situato ai margini della foresta demaniale di Meudon, il parco acquatico des Bertisettes è un centro sportivo per il benessere. L’insieme si struttura in armonia con l’intorno, come elemento di riferimento al servizio del territorio.
L’ écriture architecturale du projet est simple et linéaire. Il est composé d’une grande surface pour se baigner qui comprend un bassin de compétition de six couloirs, un bassin d’apprentissage de quatre couloirs équipé d’un système à double goulottes (permettant de faire varier la profondeur du bassin selon le type d’utilisateur), un bassin de loisirs comprenant une partie récréative (banquette bouillonnante, cols de cygne, jets massants, plaques à bulles, buse de nage à contre-courant) et une lagune de jeux pour enfants.
Users of the new aquatic centre can enjoy a large swimming area that includes a six-lane competition pool, a four-lane learning pool equipped with a double chute system (allowing the depth of the pool to vary depending on the type of user), a leisure pool including a recreational area (bubble bench, swan necks, massaging jets, bubble plates, counter-current swimming nozzle) and a children’s play area. The first floor of the centre has been dedicated to well-being.
La scrittura architettonica del progetto è semplice e lineare. È composto da un'ampia superficie per il nuoto che comprende una vasca agonistica di sei corsie, una vasca didattica di quattro corsie dotata di un doppio sistema di scivoli, una vasca ricreativa attrezzata e una vasca giochi per bambini.
Le premier étage du centre a été consacré au bien être. Un espace balnéo-détente composé de trois saunas saunas et d’un hammam, en plus d’un espace douches massantes et sensorielles y prend place. Le rez-de-chaussée est entièrement vitré sur la rue Jean Rey et à l’angle avec la place de la fête au niveau du hall d’accueil. Toute la structure du CAB rythme les espaces et introduit des lumières indirectes, homogènes et sans reflets.
There is a balneotherapy area with a fitness room, a sauna, a hammam as well as massaging and sensory showers. The ground floor is entirely glazed on Rue Jean Rey and at the corner with the Place de la Fête at the level of the reception hall. The entire structure of the aquatic centre gives rhythm its spaces and introduces indirect, glare-free light.
Il primo piano del centro è dedicato al benessere con un'area balneo-relax composta da tre saune e un hammam, oltre a una zona massaggi e docce sensoriali. Il piano terra è completamente vetrato su rue Jean Rey e all'angolo con Place de la Fête al livello della hall d’ingresso. L'intera struttura del CAB ritma gli spazi e introduce luci indirette, omogenee e prive di riflessi.
